What needs program covers: Room and board in a community setting with seven or more residents. Help with personal care tasks that do not require provision by a licensed health professional: ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, personal hygiene, positioning, self-medication, supevision, toileting, transfer, and limited nursing services. Private unit with private bathroom, negotiated service plan, assistance/support for ADL and IADL.
